Acceptable Use Policy

Posturian is built to help teams see and secure what they own. This policy keeps the platform and our websites safe and fair for everyone. It applies to everyone who uses them.

You must not

• use the services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
• access, scan, test, or collect data about systems or assets you are not authorized to assess;
• attempt to breach, probe, or bypass security or access controls;
• upload or transmit malware or other malicious code;
• interfere with or disrupt the services or the networks and systems connected to them;
• infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or upload data you have no right to use;
• resell or provide the services to third parties except as permitted by your agreement; or
• use the services to build a competing product or to circumvent usage limits.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accounts and credentials you manage, for the lawfulness of the data you connect, and for having the authority to assess the assets you add.

Enforcement

If this policy is violated, we may warn, restrict, suspend, or end access, in line with your customer agreement.
